Role & Responsibilities
- Create memorable, on-brand customer experiences that embody Chanel's luxury ethos and values
- Optimize point-of-sale revenue generation and commercial potential within assigned territory
- Ensure consistent application of merchandising policies and client development tools across retail locations
- Conduct in-store audits and competitive intelligence gathering during field visits
- Train multi-brand beauty consultants on product innovations and category performance
- Coordinate product sampling and testing materials to support client engagement initiatives
- Develop and execute commercial animation strategies to drive client loyalty and sales performance
- Prepare regular reports on territory performance, competitive positioning, and market trends
Qualifications
- Background in beauty, makeup, or sales education; or equivalent experience in luxury hospitality or tourism where customer service is central
- Proven first retail sales experience
- Product knowledge across fragrance and beauty categories
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Competency with standard office and sales software platforms
Skills
Experience
First experience in retail sales or luxury service environment required. Demonstrated understanding of customer service excellence and brand representation preferred.
Education
Diploma or equivalent qualification in beauty, makeup, sales, or equivalent field; or demonstrable experience in luxury hospitality or tourism sectors.
