Chanel seeks a Fragrance and Beauty Department Manager in Dongguan, China—lead team excellence and luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Articulate and embed brand culture and vision throughout customer-facing interactions and team operations
- Lead a large-scale team to achieve sales targets while supporting each consultant in attaining individual performance metrics
- Collaborate with training teams to foster personal and professional development among store staff, building talent pipelines for succession planning
- Ensure flawless execution of operational procedures in compliance with headquarters guidelines, maximizing in-store efficiency
- Guide the team to deliver distinctive, exceptional service experiences that strengthen customer loyalty and lifetime value

Experience

Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in business administration, retail management, or a related discipline are advantageous.
