Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the fragrance and beauty department or counter
- Supervise and mentor sales associates to achieve individual and team performance targets
- Drive sales growth and revenue optimization through effective merchandising and promotional strategies
- Maintain inventory accuracy and execute stock management procedures
