Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience aligned with Chanel's core brand values and luxury positioning
- Optimize boutique sales revenue through consultative beauty advisory and solution-focused client engagement
- Ensure meticulous application of CRM (customer relationship management) systems and client development protocols
- Maintain adherence to visual merchandising and product presentation standards
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through authentic storytelling and consultative selling techniques
- Demonstrate initiative and contribute strategically to store operations and sales performance
Qualifications
- Training or qualification in esthetics, makeup, or sales
- Background in luxury hospitality, tourism, or high-end customer service environments preferred
- Proficiency in English, spoken and applied in a sales context
- Demonstrated knowledge of fragrance and beauty product ranges
- Competency in sales techniques and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and relational qualities

Skills
Experience
First professional experience in sales or retail, preferably within luxury goods or high-end customer service sectors such as luxury hospitality or tourism.
Education
Formal training or qualification in esthetics, makeup, beauty, or sales; or equivalent professional background demonstrating strong customer service orientation in luxury environments.
