Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and memorable shopping experiences for customers through personalized consultation on fragrance and beauty products, creating desire and meeting needs whilst achieving team targets
- Establish and cultivate genuine long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain the visual standards and brand image of the fragrance and beauty boutique or counter in accordance with Chanel guidelines, including merchandising, stock arrangement, and product displays
- Embrace digital shopping trends and facilitate seamless omnichannel customer experiences
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of Chanel fragrances and beauty collections, communicating brand heritage, storytelling, and artistic vision alongside product features
- Maintain professional presentation and composure whilst actively engaging with diverse customer demographics throughout each shift

- Demonstrated excellence in communication and sales techniques

Skills
Experience
