Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored fragrance and beauty consultations, articulating product benefits while creating desire and fulfilling client needs to achieve team sales objectives
- Establish and nurture genuine long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat patronage
- Maintain fragrance and beauty counter/boutique presentation standards in compliance with brand guidelines; assist with merchandise organization and display
- Embrace digital retail trends and facilitate a cohesive omnichannel customer experience
- Embody Chanel's brand values and aesthetic at all times, communicating brand heritage, vision, and craftsmanship alongside product expertise
