Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke beauty consultations to clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's fragrance and skincare collections
- Cultivate meaningful, long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the fragrance and beauty counter, including merchandise displays, stockkeeping, and visual standards aligned with brand guidelines
- Exceed sales targets while prioritizing authentic client engagement and desire creation over transactional interactions
