Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised client consultations for skincare and makeup, translating product expertise into tailored recommendations.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives through attentive clienteling, upselling and follow‑up.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions and manage client records within the store’s CRM/POS workflows.
- Support visual merchandising and presentation of the beauty counter to ensure brand standards and seasonal rollouts are upheld.
- Participate in internal product and skills training; remain conversant with new launches, ingredients and application techniques.
- Manage stock, replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation; assist with inventory controls and loss prevention.

Qualifications
- Enrollment in a recognised alternance/work‑study program (beauty, cosmetics, retail, business or equivalent) commencing September 2026.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury beauty brands and strong interest in skincare and make‑up artistry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude and ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings, and to adapt to a boutique environment.
