Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate Chanel's distinctive house codes, aesthetic, and values within the retail environment
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Chanel's brand promise by engaging both local and international customers
- Guide clients through the Fragrances & Beauty universe, building confidence and inspiring product discovery
- Contribute collaboratively to boutique performance and team objectives with professionalism, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity
- Participate in onboarding and community-building activities, including product training, house history seminars, and Young Talents networking events
Qualifications
- Secondary education plus 1–5 years of higher education (Bac +1 to Bac +5)
- Demonstrated affinity for Chanel, luxury fashion, and contemporary beauty aesthetics
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Comfort and confidence in multicultural environments

Experience
