Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on Chanel beauty, fragrance, and skincare products to discerning customers
- Conduct personalized consultations to identify client skin type, preferences, and beauty objectives
- Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Chanel beauty and fragrance collections, including heritage and innovation
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through attentive, consultative service
