Chanel Beauty Confidant position at Holt Renfrew Bloor, Toronto — temporary full-time role until December 2026 delivering luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide superior client service through consultations that demonstrate genuine interest, courtesy, and sincerity
- Generate maximum sales volume while maintaining the elevated Chanel luxury experience and customer satisfaction
- Extend exceptional personalized care to every customer, translating client needs into tailored product recommendations
- Achieve annual sales goals and targets for the Fragrance & Beauty account
- Build and expand the customer base through effective relationship-building and repeat business generation
- Cultivate strong in-store business relationships through consistent, professional communication
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver luxury-level client service and consultations
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand and relate to customer needs
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships and driving repeat business
- Ability to work effectively toward ambitious sales targets
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in beauty retail, luxury sales, or client-facing roles within a premium environment is preferred.
Education
