Role & Responsibilities
- Create personalized and memorable beauty experiences for each client, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate mastery of Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare collections, sharing professional beauty insights and application techniques
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to inspire loyalty and repeat engagement
- Remain current with global beauty trends and innovations, incorporating them into client consultations and recommendations
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced retail environment, supporting team members and meeting sales targets
- Facilitate seamless omnichannel experiences by integrating digital shopping options and touchpoints into client interactions

Skills
Experience
Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics consultation, or luxury brand client services is preferred; enthusiasm and willingness to develop expertise in high-end beauty can compensate for limited prior experience.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; specialized beauty training or cosmetics certification is a plus but not required.
