Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations across skincare, makeup and fragrance to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Provide professional makeovers, product demonstrations and tailored routines to meet individual client needs and enhance product usage.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Maintain and grow a personal client portfolio using CRM tools and by initiating follow-ups, bookings and targeted outreach.
- Implement and maintain Chanel visual merchandising, seasonal displays and product presentation according to brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper handling of luxury product inventory and samples.
- Participate in product training and brand briefings to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and technical application skills.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and Chanel service standards at all times, upholding the boutique’s luxury experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service orientation.
- Proven ability to sell consultatively and close sales in a retail environment.
- Professional presentation and taste for luxury aesthetics; strong attention to detail.
- Right to work in Taiwan.
- Cosmetology/esthetician certification or professional beauty training preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or other languages is beneficial but not explicitly stated in the source.
