Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Taichung — deliver luxury skincare and makeup consultations to discerning clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations, translating client needs into tailored product and treatment recommendations.
- Perform in-store makeup applications and quick skincare rituals to demonstrate product efficacy and drive trial.
- Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive clienteling, appointment management and aftercare follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximising basket value through suggestive selling and add-on recommendations.
- Ensure visual merchandising, product presentation and stock levels comply with Chanel brand standards.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain client records in the store CRM / POS systems.
- Participate in product training, in-store events and seasonal launches to amplify brand visibility.
- Uphold hygiene, safety and regulatory standards for cosmetics application and product handling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cosmetics retail or luxury beauty — ideally within prestige or high-end brands.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a demonstrable ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Practical expertise in makeup application and skincare routines; formal cosmetology or beauty certification is advantageous.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset with experience meeting sales KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and ability to travel within the region if required.
- Right to work in Taiwan.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in cosmetics or luxury retail with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics or related field preferred.
