CHANEL is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract for its Fragrance and Beauty Boutique Counter at Sydney Airport T3. The role delivers personalized fragrance, makeup and skincare experiences, builds lasting client relationships, provides makeup services and skincare consultations, and supports business objectives through client service, appointments, link selling and cross-selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a tailored client experience and personalized solution for each visit, following the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Share beauty tips to educate and inspire clients and enrich their experience with Chanel products.
- Provide makeup services and skincare consultations using strong beauty and product knowledge.
- Invite clients to return for services and schedule appointments.
- Promote link selling and cross-selling to achieve business objectives.
- Stay curious, share trend knowledge, and proactively pursue self-learning and development for the wider team.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and teammates, and consider the full client experience across makeup, fragrance, and skincare touchpoints.
- Contribute to business objectives while creating genuine, memorable, and lasting client experiences.
Qualifications
- Eagerness and willingness to care for Chanel clients, with an understanding of exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and emotional connections.
- Previous retail experience and experience with sales targets and KPIs are highly regarded.
- Awareness of digital trends and the ability to embrace changing technologies.
- Curiosity, openness, and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in a fragrance and beauty environment is an advantage.
