Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product demonstrations that reflect Chanel’s luxury service standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and up‑selling.
- Develop and maintain a clientelling portfolio, manage bookings and follow up to cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Ensure immaculate presentation of the beauty area through adherence to brand visual merchandising and product replenishment standards.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions and manage stock movements according to company procedures.
- Participate in product training, brand initiatives and in‑store promotional events.
Qualifications
- Professional diploma or certificate in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related discipline preferred.
- Fluent, confident communicator with polished interpersonal skills appropriate for luxury retail.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable ability to meet sales targets.
- Attention to detail, discretion and commitment to delivering a premium client experience.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of retail experience within cosmetics, beauty or luxury fashion; prior experience in a luxury or prestige beauty environment is advantageous.
Education
Diploma in cosmetology/aesthetics or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
