Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Singapore to provide luxury beauty consultations, drive sales and cultivate client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to high-net-worth and local clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and proactive client outreach.
- Execute make-up services, product demonstrations and skincare diagnostics to showcase product efficacy and drive conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques and meticulous follow-up.
- Maintain brand-compliant visual merchandising and product presentation standards on the sales floor and counters.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions and support stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Participate in training, product launches and team briefings to sustain expert product knowledge and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, hygiene standards and local retail regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury cosmetics, skincare or beauty services; typically 1–3 years preferred.
- Professional proficiency in makeup application and skincare consultation techniques.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and the ability to engage a discerning clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury beauty retail or as a professional makeup/skincare practitioner, with a history of achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetology or aesthetics preferred.
