Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and engage clients with personalized beauty consultations across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories
- Provide expert product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Build and maintain a strong client network through proactive relationship management and weekend boutique engagement
- Deliver exceptional client experience at every point of sale, creating memorable and bespoke moments
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and remain current with evolving beauty trends and innovations
- Collaborate within a diverse, inclusive boutique team to achieve collective retail and client satisfaction objectives

Skills
Experience

Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional beauty certification or specialized skincare/fragrance training is desirable.
