Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fragrance and beauty consultations, translating product expertise into compelling narratives that align with brand identity and client aspirations
- Cultivate and maintain authentic long-term client relationships to maximize customer lifetime value and loyalty
- Execute full-cycle customer experience management, from initial consultation to post-sale engagement, ensuring each touchpoint reflects Chanel's standards of excellence
- Maintain visual merchandising standards within the fragrance and beauty department, overseeing product displays, inventory organization, and store aesthetics in accordance with brand guidelines
- Integrate digital commerce initiatives and omnichannel selling strategies to create seamless shopping experiences across in-store and online channels
- Demonstrate consistent professionalism, positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous service improvement and personal development
Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury beauty retail, prestige fragrance consultancy, or comparable customer-facing roles in the beauty sector is advantageous. Demonstrated success in building client loyalty and achieving sales targets within a premium environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualification in cosmetics, dermatology, or beauty science is valued but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China, with easy access to Hangzhou.
