Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultations on Chanel fragrance and beauty products to clientele
- Educate clients on product attributes, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service and follow-up engagement
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the fragrance and beauty portfolio
- Achieve sales targets whilst prioritizing client satisfaction and brand experience
- Present products with sophistication and ensure impeccable personal presentation aligned with Chanel standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance and luxury beauty
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Track record in luxury retail or beauty consultation preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required; English proficiency a plus
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty consultation, or comparable client-facing roles within the prestige beauty or fragrance sector.
Education
