Chanel Beauty Advisor position in Shantou, Mainland China – deliver luxury fragrance and skincare experiences with brand expertise and consultative excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide distinctive and unforgettable purchasing experiences for clientele, creating desire and fulfilling requirements whilst achieving team objectives
- Establish and cultivate authentic long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and lifetime value
- Maintain and uphold the aesthetic and merchandising standards of the fragrance and beauty counter or shop in alignment with Chanel brand requirements, including inventory management and product presentation
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of Chanel fragrances and beauty collections, communicating brand heritage, artistry, and lifestyle narrative
- Embrace omnichannel retail dynamics and facilitate seamless, integrated customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
Qualifications

Skills
Experience
