Role & Responsibilities

• Represent CHANEL’s values as an ambassador of the brand.
• Share knowledge of CHANEL’s new products, heritage, iconic creations, craftsmanship and CSR commitments with clients and the team.
• Adopt and share CHANEL’s vision of beauty, in which a woman is beautiful when she has self-confidence.
• Stay curious about beauty, style and wellbeing, and keep knowledge current to inspire clients.
• Follow uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, hygienic and professional at all times.
• Create a unique, exclusive and brand-aligned experience at every client encounter.
• Build a secure, lasting client relationship grounded in authenticity, relevance and emotional connection through the Beauty Confidant approach.
• Consistently offer service, experiences, advice, techniques and follow-up invitations that make each product purchase memorable with CHANEL.
• Master the protocols for all boutique services; proactively offer them and deliver them flawlessly using CHANEL’s beauty-coaching approach.
• Use brand knowledge and client insights to create unique stories with and for each client.
• Contribute actively to a seamless multichannel client experience.
• Handle complaints and client service requests effectively in line with guidelines, including complex and challenging situations.
• Help build the business by achieving the boutique’s quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Understand business objectives and maintain discretion across all areas of CHANEL’s business.
• Use products, services, selling techniques and sampling to recruit and retain clients and increase their return rate.
• Proactively capture meaningful client data, undertake client acquisition activities and manage an individual client portfolio to build and maintain personalized relationships, drive traffic and business, and deepen long-term client engagement with the brand.
• Use CHANEL’s CRM tools and follow internal clienteling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in the sector.
• Intermediate English.
• Training in makeup and/or aesthetics is an advantage; additional languages are valued.
