Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert skincare, fragrance, and makeup consultations tailored to individual client profiles and preferences
- Drive sales and transaction value through sophisticated product recommendations and upselling techniques
- Maintain Chanel's exacting visual merchandising and display standards within the airport boutique
- Engage fluently with Chinese-speaking clientele, leveraging cultural insights to enhance the luxury retail experience
- Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques with articulate professionalism

Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
