Beauty Advisor position at Chanel in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Full-time retail role offering makeup, fragrance, and client consultation expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer consultations, identifying client needs and presenting appropriate Chanel products
- Conduct makeup demonstrations and treatments, guiding clients on product usage and characteristics
- Manage the complete sales process from initial consultation through transaction and follow-up
- Engage clients via WhatsApp Business, processing orders, packaging, and dispatching products per established procedures
- Capture and retain new clients through targeted outreach, scheduling makeup appointments and treatments
- Develop loyalty relationships with VIP and prospective clients, understanding their profiles and preferences
- Maintain organized product displays across boutique sectors, verifying expiry dates and flagging irregularities
- Store products in designated locations and ensure service stations remain clean and adequately stocked
- Monitor inventory availability, report zero-stock items, and suggest product alternatives
- Support boutique administrative routines including document organization, mailbag management, and communication tracking
- Maintain current knowledge of Chanel products, launches, brand history, and fragrance notes
- Apply product training across all client interactions, upholding Chanel's service and experience standards
Qualifications
- Complete secondary education (Ensino Médio)
- Makeup application skills and experience
- Knowledge of beauty products, makeup, and fragrances
- Basic computer system proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-facing skills

Skills
Experience
