Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Phuket to deliver luxury skincare and makeup consultations, drive sales, and cultivate client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations that reflect Chanel’s product philosophy and service standards.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs through expert product recommendations and consultative selling.
- Perform professional makeup application and skincare treatments to demonstrate product efficacy and inspire purchases.
- Build and maintain a curated client book using clienteling practices; proactively schedule follow-ups and manage VIP relationships.
- Ensure impeccable product presentation and visual merchandising consistent with Chanel’s boutique standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and manage after-sales service queries with discretion.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches, and training sessions; represent the brand at promotional activities when required.
- Maintain stock integrity, conduct inventory counts, and ensure compliance with loss-prevention and brand security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in prestige or luxury beauty environments (preferred).
- Professional competence in makeup application and skincare consultation; vocational training or certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Impeccable grooming, polished interpersonal manner, and sensitivity to high-net-worth client expectations.
- Right to work in Thailand and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak tourist periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of frontline retail experience within beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail; prior experience with prestige beauty brands or high-touch clienteling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or related field preferred but not required.
