Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and makeup/skincare applications tailored to high-net-worth and international clientele.
- Drive sales performance against individual and counter targets through expert product recommendations, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Build and sustain a private client book via proactive follow-up, appointment management and CRM utilisation according to Chanel standards.
- Maintain immaculate counter presentation and ensure merchandising, display and stock controls comply with brand visual and operational guidelines.
- Remain abreast of product knowledge across skincare, makeup and fragrance ranges and convey technical information with authority.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, manage returns/exchanges and ensure adherence to local retail compliance and loss-prevention procedures.
- Represent the brand at in-store events and masterclasses, and collaborate with boutique teams to maximise footfall conversion.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Russian (explicit requirement); additional languages an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' commercial experience in prestige beauty, luxury cosmetics retail or an upscale department store beauty counter.
- Professional training or certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or skincare consultation preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building a loyal client base.
- Right to work in Thailand (ability to hold a valid work permit) and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and peak tourist periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct experience on a prestige cosmetics counter or in luxury beauty retail, with demonstrable sales results and a developed client portfolio. Experience in high-volume tourist destinations or multi-lingual environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal qualification in cosmetology, makeup artistry or beauty therapy preferred.
