Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Western Australia. Client-facing role delivering luxury make-up and skincare consultations at Chanel boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client consultations and make-up/skincare services that reflect Chanel’s luxury standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through product demonstrations, up‑selling and cross‑selling of fragrances, cosmetics and skincare.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, appointment management and CRM follow‑up.
- Maintain boutique merchandising, stock control, visual standards and product replenishment according to Chanel guidelines.
- Remain current on product knowledge, new launches and brand campaigns; participate in brand training and assessments.
- Uphold impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct in line with Chanel’s brand image and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in prestige beauty or luxury cosmetics (preferred).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Technical proficiency in make‑up application and skincare consultation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability for retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in Australia.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer‑facing experience in luxury beauty or prestige retail, with proven sales performance and hands‑on make‑up/skincare consultation experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, cosmetology or make‑up artistry preferred.
