Chanel Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Claremont, Western Australia—delivering luxury skincare and makeup consultations with 25 hours weekly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create personalized client experiences using the Chanel experience ritual and build lasting client relationships across all touchpoints
- Conduct makeup services and skincare consultations leveraging deep product knowledge and beauty expertise
- Share beauty tips and trend knowledge to educate clients and enhance their product experience
- Proactively schedule appointments and invite clients to return for services and additional consultations
- Promote link selling and cross-selling initiatives to achieve boutique business objectives and KPIs
- Demonstrate curiosity and engagement in self-directed learning to support team development and business culture
- Maintain digital trend awareness and embrace evolving retail technologies
