CHANEL is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a four-week internship at Sephora Saint-Lazare in Paris, from 17 November to 24 December. The role focuses on delivering bespoke fragrance and beauty experiences, building client confidence, and contributing to the team’s retail performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent and share CHANEL’s distinctive style within a retail location.
- Deliver an excellent client experience aligned with the House’s values to local and international clients.
- Guide each client, build their confidence, and spark their interest in CHANEL’s fragrance and beauty universe.
- Contribute to team spirit and retail performance with elegance, enthusiasm, modesty, and an open mind.
- Provide every client with a warm, bespoke, exceptional experience.
Qualifications
- Higher education, from Bac +1 to Bac +5, and a strong interest in CHANEL, its values, and its codes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
- Particular attentiveness to multicultural environments; recognised for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and a strong sense of contact and service.
- Fluent French; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
