Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on Chanel beauty and fragrance products to clients
- Develop deep product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories
- Create personalised beauty recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Maintain counter presentation and product displays to Chanel standards
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits
- Achieve sales targets whilst prioritising client satisfaction and brand experience
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury beauty and cosmetics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings
Skills
Experience
No prior retail or beauty experience required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Education
