Chanel Perfumes & Beauty Advisor alternance (1-2 years) in Chartres, Le Mans, or Angers. September 2026 start. Wholesale retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop sales across assigned wholesale points-of-sale, ensuring achievement of performance targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with Chanel's brand values and house codes
- Maintain compliance with merchandising policies and visual standards
- Collaborate closely with the Client Engagement Manager, providing weekly reports and field updates
- Participate in local activation initiatives to drive sectoral performance
- Build and sustain emotional connections with customers through storytelling and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education through degree level (Bac +1 to Bac +3) in sales or cosmetics
- Demonstrated passion for Chanel and deep understanding of house values and brand codes
- Strong interpersonal and relational qualities with proven storytelling capabilities
- Initial sales experience and product range knowledge
- Proficiency in sales techniques and English-language sales communication
- Fluent in French
- Comfort in multicultural environments with responsiveness and service orientation

First experience in sales; knowledge of product ranges; familiarity with sales techniques and English-language sales; understanding of customer service excellence in luxury retail.
Education
Upper secondary diploma (Bac) through Bachelor's level (Bac +3), preferably in sales, cosmetics, or beauty-related disciplines.
