Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare, makeup and fragrance consultations that reflect Chanel’s brand standards and client expectations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales KPIs through consultative selling, product demonstrations and services.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via proactive outreach, appointment management and post‑service follow-up.
- Execute in‑store merchandising, stock replenishment and presentation according to visual guidelines to preserve the Chanel aesthetic.
- Provide professional application services (makeup, skincare treatments, fragrance sampling) with strict attention to hygiene and product integrity.
- Accurately record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM/POS systems and prepare daily sales reports as required.
- Support boutique operations including stocktaking, accepting deliveries and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in brand training, product education and performance reviews to continually refine technical and commercial skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cosmetics or luxury beauty retail, preferably with prestige or designer brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
- Cosmetology, esthetics or related certification preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods; must be legally eligible to work in Panama.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cosmetics or luxury beauty retail, with demonstrable success in sales and client relationship management; prior work with a prestige beauty brand is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or related professional certification preferred.
