Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations on Chanel fragrance and beauty products, assessing individual client preferences and skin requirements
- Deliver personalized product recommendations and skincare routines tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's fragrance and beauty collections, ingredients, and application techniques
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and contribute to sales targets within the retail environment
- Foster long-term client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty engagement
- Maintain the beauty counter display and product stock at premium standards
- Stay current with seasonal collections, product launches, and beauty trends
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in fragrance and beauty products
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a luxury retail environment
- Understanding of skincare categories and fragrance families
- Retail sales experience in beauty or luxury goods preferred
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury beauty retail or cosmetics counter operations is preferred, though candidates with equivalent customer-facing experience in premium retail will be considered.
Education
Secondary education; cosmetics or beauty training certification is advantageous but not required.
