Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations and on-counter demonstrations consistent with Chanel brand protocols.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and tailored service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising average transaction value and attachment rate.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation to luxury retail standards.
- Manage stock levels, replenish displays, conduct stock counts and ensure accurate POS transactions.
- Participate in brand and product trainings; implement launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory requirements for beauty services.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in prestige cosmetics or luxury beauty, with demonstrable sales results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to deliver bespoke client experiences.
- Practical ability in makeup application and skincare consultation; comfortable performing product demonstrations and express services.
- Comfort with retail processes including POS operation, stock management and visual merchandising.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; capacity to work in a boutique environment under brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury cosmetics retail or as a professional makeup artist/skincare consultant; prior work in a branded boutique highly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional training or certification in cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry is advantageous.
