Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Zona Centro to deliver luxury skincare and cosmetics consultation in a high-end retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation across Chanel's skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics collections
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized service and follow-up
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining luxury retail standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on optimal application techniques
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and brand heritage
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems with professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury beauty retail or cosmetics sales
- Deep knowledge of skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics categories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand standards
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury beauty retail, fragrance sales, or cosmetics consultation is preferred. Familiarity with high-end clientele and understanding of premium product positioning are advantageous.
Education
