Chanel Skincare Expert position in Mexico City (Polanco) combining luxury esthetics and VIP beauty retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional facial treatments and body massage services to discerning clientele
- Develop and maintain VIP client relationships through personalized skincare consultations and advisory services
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and premium product recommendations
- Track client interactions and preferences using CRM systems to ensure continuity of bespoke skincare guidance
- Monitor and report on key sales indicators and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an esthetician, cosmetologist, or equivalent in luxury spa or retail beauty environments
- Demonstrated expertise in facial treatments and therapeutic massage techniques
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales objectives in luxury retail settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for client management and sales tracking
- Deep knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols

Experience

Education
Professional esthetics certification or cosmetology license (or equivalent); advanced skincare training and certification from an accredited institution.
