Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative beauty and skincare services to a discerning clientele, including makeup application and tailored product recommendations.

- Execute visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and boutique ambience reflect Chanel’s brand aesthetics.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Participate in store events, product launches and collaborative initiatives with the sales and management teams to maximise client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in a luxury retail or prestige beauty environment.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills suited to high-net-worth clientele.
- Practical experience in makeup application and skincare consultation; cosmetology or beauty certification preferred.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Right to work in Mexico and familiarity with local regulatory requirements for cosmetic services.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury beauty retail, high-end cosmetics counter or professional makeup/skincare services, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry preferred.
