Role & Responsibilities

• Represent CHANEL as a brand ambassador and embody its values.
• Share knowledge of CHANEL, including its latest launches, heritage, iconic creations, savoir-faire and CSR commitments, with clients and the team.
• Adopt and share CHANEL's vision of beauty, in which a woman is beautiful when she has self-confidence.
• Stay curious about beauty, style and wellbeing, and keep knowledge current to inspire clients.
• Follow uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic and professional work area.
• Make every client interaction a unique, exclusive experience connected to the brand.
• Build secure, lasting client relationships based on authenticity, relevance and emotional connection.
• Consistently provide service, experiences, advice, techniques and follow-up invitations that make every product purchase memorable.
• Master the protocols for all boutique services; proactively offer services and deliver them flawlessly, using CHANEL's beauty-coaching approach.
• Use brand knowledge and client insights to create unique stories with and for each client.
• Contribute actively to a seamless omnichannel client experience.
• Handle complaints and client service requests effectively and in line with guidelines, including complex and challenging situations.
• Help build the business by achieving the boutique's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Understand business objectives and maintain discretion across all areas of CHANEL's business.
• Use products, services, selling techniques and sampling to recruit and retain clients and increase their return rate.
• Proactively capture meaningful client data, conduct client acquisition activities and manage an individual client portfolio to build personalized relationships, drive traffic and business, and deepen long-term engagement with the brand.
• Use CHANEL CRM tools and follow internal clienteling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in the sector.
• Intermediate English.
• Makeup and/or aesthetics training is valued.
• Additional languages are valued.
