Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the distinctive aesthetic and values of Chanel within the point of sale
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Chanel's service standards for both local and international clientele
- Guide clients through the Perfumes & Beauty universe with confidence and personalized recommendations
- Contribute to team spirit and point-of-sale performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and openness
- Provide warm, bespoke experiences tailored to individual client needs and preferences
Qualifications
- Fluent French speaker
- Higher education qualification (Bac +1 to Bac +5)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Genuine passion for Chanel's brand values and aesthetic codes

Experience
Candidates from diverse educational backgrounds demonstrating enthusiasm for luxury beauty retail and an aptitude for client service are encouraged to apply. Prior beauty retail experience is not required.
