Role & Responsibilities
- Create personalized and tailor-made client experiences aligned with individual beauty needs and preferences
- Serve as brand ambassador, educating clients on fragrance, makeup, and skincare trends and innovations
- Provide expert beauty consultations and product recommendations based on client skin type, preferences, and lifestyle
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with VIP and regular clients to drive retention and loyalty
- Facilitate seamless omni-channel shopping experiences, integrating digital trends with in-store engagement
- Share beauty tips and skincare guidance to inspire and educate clients
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining luxury service standards
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, inclusive retail environment

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty advisory, or client-facing roles is preferred. Demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and proven ability to build client relationships strongly desired.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further certification in beauty, cosmetics, or retail is an advantage but not essential.
