Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations.
- Create bespoke beauty experiences by co-creating stories with clients and offering tailored solutions in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Chanel at all points of client interaction.
- Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience, embracing digital trends to enhance client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven passion for beauty, particularly in fragrance, makeup, or skincare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creativity in approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a beauty advisory or customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
