Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and make-up or skincare treatments that reflect Chanel’s brand standards and product expertise.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship development.
- Manage client records and appointments using the store’s CRM and point-of-sale systems; ensure accurate transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Participate in visual merchandising and boutique maintenance to uphold luxury presentation standards and product storytelling.
- Support in-store launches, promotional events and masterclasses; prepare product samples and maintain demonstration kits.
- Control stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, receive and store new deliveries in compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory requirements for treatments and product use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in prestige or luxury beauty retail (typically 1–3 years preferred).
- Demonstrable sales track record with a client-focused approach and strong closing ability.
- Professional training or certification in makeup artistry, beauty therapy or skincare is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience selling prestige cosmetics or providing beauty treatments in a luxury retail environment, with proven ability to build and retain a high-value client base.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in beauty, makeup artistry or skincare preferred.
