Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised luxury beauty consultations and product recommendations across skincare, makeup and fragrance to cultivate repeat clientele.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product demonstrations and promotional executions.
- Perform professional application and demonstration of makeup and skincare treatments, ensuring clinical hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Execute in-store clienteling activities: follow-up communications, appointment management and CRM updates to develop long-term client relationships.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock presentation and product replenishment consistent with brand directives and campaign rollouts.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and support daily opening/closing and inventory procedures.
- Participate in brand training, product education and team briefings to maintain expert product knowledge and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail beauty, cosmetics or luxury client service — previous work with premium or luxury beauty brands preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Legal right to work in Malaysia.
Skills
Experience
Previous frontline experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales is required; exposure to luxury or premium brand environments is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training, cosmetology certification or formal beauty qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
