Chanel seeks a passionate Beauty Advisor to join its Fragrances & Beauty team in Jinan, delivering exceptional client experiences through expert product knowledge and emotional storytelling. The role encompasses consultative selling of fragrances and skincare, brand representation, complete customer journey management, and omnichannel retail excellence in a luxury beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver distinctive and memorable shopping experiences through expert consultation on fragrances, skincare, and cosmetics, creating desire whilst achieving team sales objectives
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through authentic emotional engagement, driving customer loyalty and repeat purchases
• Maintain pristine visual presentation of the fragrance and beauty retail space according to brand standards; manage product arrangement, merchandising, and inventory support tasks
• Embrace omnichannel retail trends to provide seamless, integrated client experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
• Consistently demonstrate positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to service excellence, surpassing client expectations
• Champion Chanel brand values and aesthetic through personal presentation and professional conduct

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and sales skills with proven ability to engage clients consultatively
• Demonstrated capability to establish, nurture, and manage meaningful client relationships
• Genuine passion for fragrances, skincare, cosmetics, and the luxury beauty industry
• Strong brand representation abilities and attention to luxury retail standards

Skills

Experience

Preferred experience in luxury beauty retail, fragrances, or prestige skincare environments; experience in client relationship management or luxury service delivery is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education minimum; beauty, cosmetics, or retail qualifications are desirable but not essential.
