Chanel Beauty Advisor position in Jinan, Mainland China. Create memorable experiences for luxury fragrance & beauty clients in a full-time retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and memorable shopping experiences for customers, creating desire, meeting needs, and achieving team sales targets
- Cultivate genuine long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain Chanel's fragrance and beauty retail environment to brand standards, including merchandising, product arrangement, and visual presentation
- Demonstrate expertise in fragrance and beauty products while communicating brand heritage, vision, and storytelling
- Embrace digital shopping trends and facilitate seamless omnichannel customer experiences
- Consistently display positive attitude and continuously elevate service standards to exceed customer expectations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to build, maintain, and manage client relationships
- Genuine passion for the fragrance and beauty industry
- Strong understanding of luxury retail brand positioning
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury beauty retail or fragrance sales is preferred; demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships in a high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; beauty industry training or certifications are advantageous but not required.
