Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultation on Chanel fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare, positioning products as lifestyle expressions rather than commodities
- Cultivate authentic, long-term client relationships to drive retention and personalized loyalty
- Maintain boutique and counter aesthetics in compliance with Chanel brand standards, including merchandising, display, and inventory organization
- Execute omnichannel retail strategies by seamlessly integrating digital and in-store shopping experiences
- Drive sales performance while exceeding customer expectations through proactive service and consultative selling
- Uphold the House of Chanel brand narrative and values through every interaction
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills

Skills
Experience
