Chanel — Beauty Advisor Intern in Strasbourg. Internship starting June 2026 supporting client consultations, retail operations and product merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised in-store consultations for makeup and skincare, tailored to client needs and brand positioning.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and advise on product routines to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support daily sales operations including point-of-sale transactions, clienteling, appointment management and after-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising and display standards in line with Chanel visual guidelines; ensure product presentation and stock rotation are impeccable.
  • Assist with inventory handling, stock replenishment and basic administrative tasks to support store efficiency.
  • Contribute to in-store events, product launches and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a recognised programme in cosmetics, beauty therapy, retail management, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanour.
  • Availability to undertake a June 2026 internship in Strasbourg and compliance with French internship regulatory requirements.
  • Professional presentation, attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming appropriate to a luxury brand.

Experience
