Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Chanel's client experience standards and consultative selling approach across fragrance and beauty categories
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized clienteling activities and loyalty initiatives
- Support product replenishment and visual merchandising standards for display areas
- Acquire comprehensive product knowledge across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories
- Collaborate with boutique team members to ensure seamless daily operations and consistent service delivery
