Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor Intern in Paris for seasonal Mother's Day support. Internship role advising clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised skincare, fragrance and makeup consultations to clients, demonstrating product benefits and application techniques.
- Support the boutique team during the Mother's Day sales period by driving conversion and contributing to short-term sales objectives.
- Execute product merchandising, maintain luxury visual standards and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and assist with stock management, replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Deliver impeccable clienteling and after-sales care, record customer preferences and contribute to CRM activities.
- Participate in product demonstrations, in-store events and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a higher-education programme (business, luxury retail, cosmetics, marketing or related discipline) — internship status required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Basic knowledge of skincare, makeup and fragrance products, with enthusiasm to develop technical product expertise.
- Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak seasonal hours; flexible and reliable during promotional periods.
- Fluent French with professional spoken abilities; functional English is an advantage.

Previous retail or beauty-sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory; internships or part-time roles in cosmetics, perfumery or luxury retail will be positively regarded.
Education
