Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate Chanel's unique style and heritage within the point of sale
- Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with the house's values, serving both local and international customers
- Engage and build confidence with each client, fostering interest in Chanel's Perfumes and Beauty collections
- Contribute to team spirit and retail location performance with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and open-mindedness
- Provide personalized, warm, and bespoke service to every client
Qualifications
- Fluent French language skills
- Secondary education (Bac +1 to Bac +5 level)
- Demonstrated genuine interest in Chanel's brand values and aesthetic codes
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Strong multicultural awareness and customer service orientation
Skills
Experience
Preferably with prior retail or hospitality experience in a luxury environment; however, strong passion for Chanel and demonstrated aptitude for client relations may compensate for limited experience.
Education
Secondary education minimum (Bac +1 level); tertiary qualification up to Bac +5 preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Grenoble, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, with easy access to Lyon.
