Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised consultations and product demonstrations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to a discerning clientele.
  • Support the boutique sales team to achieve individual and store targets through proactive clienteling and appointment management.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards: merchandising, replenishment, display upkeep and stock control.
  • Assist with transaction processing, returns and basic daily administrative tasks using the store’s POS and CRM systems.
  • Participate in in-store training, product launches and promotional events; uphold hygiene and brand service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in cosmetics, aesthetics, retail management or a related discipline.
  • Strong client-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and a professional appearance suited to luxury retail.
  • Solid knowledge of skincare and makeup techniques, with an eagerness to learn Chanel product expertise.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Fluent in French; proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience
