Chanel in Paris seeks a Beauty Advisor Intern (Mother's Day support) at Sephora Rivoli — seasonal retail internship delivering client consultations and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised client consultations and product demonstrations in-store during the Mother's Day promotional period.
  • Advise clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance solutions, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
  • Support sales objectives through active selling, cross-selling and promotion of selected lines and gift sets.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions and handle cash/cards in accordance with store procedures.
  • Maintain merchandising standards: replenish stock, organise displays and ensure presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in sample distribution, gifting initiatives and event logistics associated with the seasonal campaign.
  • Report client feedback and sales activity to the store management team and assist with daily store operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme (beauty, cosmetics, retail, marketing or similar) or recent graduate eligible for an internship.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric attitude and professional grooming consistent with luxury retail standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak promotional days.
  • Right to work in France for the duration of the internship.
