Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience in alignment with Chanel's brand values.
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining the brand's image.
  • Utilize client development tools such as CRM effectively.
  • Adhere to merchandising policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in aesthetics, makeup, or sales.
  • Experience in environments where customer service is paramount, such as luxury hospitality or tourism.

Skills

Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge. Fluency in English and competency in using computer tools. Adaptability and autonomy with a dynamic and commercial temperament. Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for storytelling and building lasting client relationships. Proactivity and initiative in the workplace.

Experience

Previous experience in sales is required, with a strong understanding of product ranges and sales techniques.

Education

Background in aesthetics, makeup, or sales.
