Chanel Beauty Advisor Intern (6-month program) in Florence, Italy — Support fragrance and beauty retail operations with mentorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Chanel's signature sales and client experience protocols during retail interactions
- Develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling practices, including customer follow-up and loyalty cultivation
- Support product replenishment, stock management, and visual presentation of merchandise in designated boutique areas
- Participate in structured training modules covering skincare, makeup, and fragrance product lines to build technical expertise
- Collaborate with team members and assigned mentor to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to Chanel service standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or formal qualification in Beauty, Cosmetics, or related field
