Beauty Advisor Intern at Chanel, Florence — Support luxury fragrance and beauty sales with product knowledge and client engagement in a 6-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the Chanel sales process and client experience standards, ensuring personalized service delivery
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling practices and loyalty programs
- Support product replenishment, stock management, and visual presentation within boutique spaces
- Receive comprehensive training across skincare, makeup, and fragrance product categories and positioning
- Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure seamless daily operations and service excellence

- Diploma or formal training in Beauty, Cosmetics, or related field
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
