Role & Responsibilities

• Create exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and exclusive services.
• Present and sell premium fragrance, makeup and skincare products in accordance with CHANEL guidelines.
• Build, maintain and develop personal customer relationships with empathy and passion.
• Enhance the client experience through the use of digital tools.
• Contribute to team success by taking ownership of individual areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

• A completed vocational qualification, university degree or relevant experience in a comparable role.
• Sales aptitude and an understanding of customer preferences.
• Good German and English language skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for service and consultation at the highest level.
• Enjoyment of actively contributing to team success.
• Interest in professional and personal development.
• Fascination with beauty and luxury.

Education

Completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant experience in a comparable role.
