Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver distinctive and unforgettable shopping experiences for clients, fostering desire and meeting needs while achieving team sales objectives
- Establish and maintain authentic long-term client relationships, building loyalty and driving repeat engagement
- Uphold the visual presentation and brand standards of the Fragrance and Beauty counter or boutique, including product organization, merchandising, and display
- Embody Chanel's brand image and values, communicating brand heritage, narrative, and stylistic vision rather than product features alone
- Execute flawless omnichannel service delivery, embracing digital shopping trends and creating seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
- Demonstrate consistently positive attitude and proactive commitment to exceeding client expectations

Experience
